Description
Eucomis or Pineapple Lily is a long-lived, multiplying perennial suited to any garden or container. Fleshy, vibrant leaves emerge in early April followed by tall stalks covered with tiny star-shaped flowers in July.
Great for mixing in with groundcovers. The flowers, when cut, last for a month in a vase. This one has dramatic burgundy leaves for most of the spring. Cut it back in summer and you’ll get burgundy in fall too!
We ship two good size bulbs (see pic) for $22. This is a specially grown crop, so numbers are limited and you need to plant them now!
