Picklin’ Okra

Our focus will be learning to pickle okra.  Gloria will teach her method and you'll prep two jars of pickled okra.  We'll get them cooked and ready to go home while you hang out with Chris Smith, author of the brand new book The Whole Okra. We'll have a small okra farmers market too -- take home stuff you need to make more picked okra at home. Couples price $150.

Growing History: Vineyards & Southern Grapes
