Old fashion Grape Hyacinth
$10.00
This tiny bulb offers cascading foliage all winter and mountains of blue flowers in spring. Perfect for shallow pots and rock gardens.
We keep a bowl on the patio table. You can plant all 25 bulbs in one clay pot!.
After flowering, set it aside to go dormant and dry for the summer. It reliably returns each fall – the only perennial grape hyacinth!
But for you meadow gardeners and pollinator lovers, these long-lived bulbs have adorned our bulb lawn for over 80 years. (see photo) They are attractive to early pollinators, too.
They look great with Hellebors and tiny jonquils like Quail. They can seed in and naturalize in Southern landscapes.
20 bulbs per bag
