Description

Flowers for a long time! Despite its botanical name, the Australian ‘Bradley Giant’ variety isn’t any bigger than its relative ‘Bradley’!

Growing Conditions: I’m unsure of hardiness but she is definitely thriving here in South Carolina (Zone 8) and we’re testing it in Ohio.

Flowers: In early June (Zone 8) cheerful pink flowers emerge at around 4.5′ tall to wave over the leaves. The flowers are really big and beautiful – the blooms are 7.5″ long!

Leaves: Rich, glossy green leaves make stout mounds, stout but under 3 feet tall.

How To Plant: It’s best to plant Bradley Giant a bit deeper than other Crinums, around 12 – 15 ” deep in regular garden soil.

Where To Plant: This flower looks great planted with blue larkspur or great foliage planted in front of chaste tree.

Our Bulbs: We ship our normal size bulbs which are about the size of a tennis ball and ready to send up a flower.
