Funky Little Flower Farm Stories and Plants
Inspired by the Japanese concept of Sekkin in which plants tell of the passing of seasons, Jenks' Southern Sekki brings it home to the farm. Southern pass-along plants, some common like larkspur, some obscure such as Ladies of the Night, become the medium for stories of dogs, donkeys, tractors and crazy great aunts. Jenks shares stories and in his subtle way, teaches you how to grow these storied, spectacular plants in your own home gardens.
