Sharing The Soul of the Place

I love this picture of Donna and me. It captures the essence of our Open Days — we had guest from Myrtle Beach to Athen’s Ga and shared a bit of our dirt and history with them

We had our last Crinum Field Party this past weekend.   Now, the place can get a little messy and we’ll focus on production crinum to ship next summer.   We get to put our hands in the rich dirt, to pull up some of those deep rooted plants and strengthen our own roots too.

And I love that some people come every year, making a road trip, enjoying the backroads of South Carolina.  Here’s a really cool site that has lots of spectacular pictures from one of our most important roads.
