Description
Glossy, dark green, small leaves make this citrus a handsome shrub year-round. While it can get to be a head-high tree, it’s easy to prune and keep small. In fact, it’s a very common patio and container tree in Florida. BUT it’s is very cold hardy; not even getting leaf damage at 20 F.
Wonderfully fragrant flowers in spring and summer and lots and lots of fruit in the fall. Fruit is ready in November. The variety we grow is called yellow limequat but it is really a pale orange color. (see photo).
We ship one-gallon plants. Citrus like lots of room for root growth so these are ready to plant out or move up to a bigger pot.
