Great Plants but No Ghost

Primarily, the goal of my recent road trip was to complete my interview with renowned garden designer Francis Parker.   She’s taught me a lot in her garden and nursery since the 80s.   A while back, her husband Milton read to me a history of their 1810 home on the point.  Since we realized the original owner was my 6th great grand father, Henry Tudor Farmer, they generously asked if I wanted to spend a night there.

Well, no ghost visited me, but as always, I learned a lot, and Francis, currently infatuated with citrus, filled up Tom’s Honda with killer plants.    Here are a few, and a little video of the whole trip.
